Physical Therapist Location: Demopolis, AL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,566 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health experience is required. License: Must have license in hand. Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Must have reliable transportation. Must have a current driver's license. Must have agency-required liability insurance. Proficient in HomeCare HomeBase EMR and OASIS within the last 6 months. Description: Home visits are required for patient care. Periodic office meetings will be scheduled. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients daily, equating to roughly 6-8 points. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) holds a different point value. Contractor must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Weekend requirements vary based on location and profession. Travelers must discuss this during the interview process. Some shifts may include on-call responsibilities. Contractor is responsible for accepting every patient scheduled, regardless of distance. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation will impact patient care and billing. Travelers must hit weekly productivity points of 30, equivalent to 40 hours per week. If there are not enough patients to meet financial needs, contractors may be floated to another nearby clinic to pick up hours. No guaranteed hours are provided. Must be comfortable with the expectation of potentially long drives between patients. Local applicants are accepted at the same rate.
