Title Examiner

Innovative Driven is seeking a Title Examiner to join the team at a leading regional law firm in South Carolina! This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with title examiner experience to join a well-established law firm. In this role you would review and prepare title binders/ commitments for Real Estate closings.This position is full time (8:30am to 5:00pm) and is onsite at the firm's Goose Creek, SC office.Responsibilities:• Ensure validity of titles• Examine documentation to verify information and determine if any restrictions apply• Research title evidence• Prepare title obstruction reports• Consult with pre-closer• Data entry• Obtain additional information as neededQualifications:• Experience as a title examiner is required• Written and verbal communication• Time management, problem solving, and professionalism
