We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.\n\n*The role.* Own the CMMS and the maintenance planning function: schedules, kitting, and work-order quality.\n\n*What you'll do:*\n\n* Administer the CMMS: assets, PMs, and workflows\n* Plan and schedule maintenance windows with operations\n* Kit parts and coordinate vendor support for planned work\n* Report schedule compliance and backlog\n* Continuously improve PM content\n\n*What you'll bring:*\n\n* 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)\n* Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline\n* Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)\n* High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued\n\n_Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly._\n\nAlignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
