Kit Packager / Kit AssemblerWe are seeking a detail-oriented Kit Packager / Kit Assembler to support the production of diagnostic and medical kits in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting components to ensure final products meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and package medical or diagnostic kits according to work instructions and standard proceduresLabel and prepare finished products to ensure accuracy and shipment readinessComplete required production documentation clearly and accuratelySet up, clean, and operate basic assembly equipmentPerform in-process quality checks to verify components meet specificationsInspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and complianceFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines such as cGMPUse internal systems to track work orders and production activityParticipate in training and maintain compliance with safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsBasic assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude will be considered)Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a production settingPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical device, diagnostics, or regulated manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with quality inspection and defect identificationExperience with ERP systems or production tracking systemsAbility to work independently after training while maintaining productivityShift & Pay1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM ($20/hr)2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM ($21.50/hr)Overtime may be available based on production needsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a regulated production environment that may include clean room or controlled manufacturing areas. Employees must follow strict quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. The role involves repetitive assembly and packaging tasks and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining production speed and accuracy.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stillwater, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
