What counts here is what you can do and how you contribute.What to expectDrive the expansion of AVILOO’s footprint in a defined region of the United States by leading the independent sales and adoption of the AVILOO FLASH Test across key automotive verticals in a defined territory. You will play a critical role in building the North American market by developing strategic relationships, acquiring customers, and establishing local partnerships.Own and drive direct sales of the AVILOO FLASH Test to key customer segments, including:Independent and Franchised DealersLeasing and fleet companiesAuction houses and remarketing platforms.Large dealer groups and independent dealershipsVehicle inspection and testing companiesOEMs and automotive manufacturersDevelop and execute territory strategy to build a strong regional pipeline and close business.Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, quoting, contract negotiation, and closing.Manage commercial processes, including pricing, proposals, and order execution.Represent AVILOO at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement.Build long-term relationships by supporting customers and partners post-sale.Collaborate closely with:US Sales TeamMarketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and positioningParticipate in customer projects and implementation meetings to ensure successful adoption.What you bring3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales in:Automotive, EV, fleet, logistics, or SaaSStrong existing network within the U.S. automotive ecosystem (dealers, fleets, auctions, OEMs)Proven track record as a hunter with consistent new business acquisition successComfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently while scaling a new market.Affinity for technical or data-driven products (EV/battery knowledge is a plus)High level of ownership, accountability, and executionAbility to call on automotive dealers, general managers, owners, OEMS, dealer groups and 20 groups in person.Local travel and conference travel 50-75%.Use Salesforce CRM daily.Work with US and Worldwide headquarters.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)Uncapped Commission Structure with strong upside for top performersCompany Car / Car AllowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for career advancement in a rapidly growing global companyWhat we offerBe part of the global market leader in EV battery diagnostics.Play a foundational role in building the U.S. business.Join a high-performance international sales team.Work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where your impact is visible.Opportunity to shape partnerships, strategy, and market adoption in a rapidly evolving EV ecosystem.Competitive compensation with strong upside tied to performance.Sounds like you?Then come join us — in a team that genuinely deserves the name.
