Compri Consulting is searching for a Recruiter for a 100% remote 6+ month contract for our client headquartered in San Francisco.Qualifications7+ years of total in-house and/or agency recruiting experience; 4+ in a technical recruiting role at a global tech company.Proven success hiring for roles such as software engineers, machine learning/AI, TPMs, and engineering management.Demonstrated success to proactively source and build technical talent pipeline, not just rely on inbound applications.Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and gain the trust of technical leaders.Ability to successfully negotiate complex offer packages and close top tech talent.Adept at managing multiple open roles across levels, complexity and varying levels of priority and urgency.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and set expectations with leadership.Demonstrated track record of leading process improvements in technical hiring and raising talent standards.Strong expertise in talent data analytics, market intelligence, and using insights to influence hiring decisions.Advanced knowledge of current trends and best practices in technical recruiting.Proficient in ATS, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, prioritizing effectively and driving to outcomes with minimal oversight.
