They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.\n\nThis is a 2nd Shift Position. Hourly rate plus shift differential.\n\nOperate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from components before and after the aluminum dip braze process.\nPerform chemical film (iridite) treatments in accordance with military, aerospace, and customer specifications.\nFollow detailed work instructions and established procedures while safely handling chemicals and processing equipment.\nInspect parts for cleanliness, surface condition, and coating quality to ensure compliance with production requirements.\nAccurately record process data and support quality assurance and production documentation.\nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, aprons, goggles, and other safety gear, while following all chemical handling procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.\n\nInterest in manufacturing, chemical processing, or aerospace production.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following established procedures.\nAbility to work safely around chemicals and process equipment (training and PPE provided).\nComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with a production team.\nDependable, punctual, and willing to work second shift.\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.\nAbout Frontgrade\nAt Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world’s most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
