People who’ll bring new perspectives, solve tough problems, and thrive as part of a team.\n\nIf that’s you and this role fits, we want to hear from you.\n\nJoin the power movement as a Procurement Coordinator\nAs a member of the Supply Chain Team, you will support the business for procurement needs with light negotiations, PO issuance, invoice resolution, order follow up and data analytics.\nWhat you'll do:\nCreate error-free purchase orders up to authorized limits for raw materials, parts, subassemblies, finished goods, equipment, tooling, supplies, and/or services from suppliers in support of internal customer requirements\nReview and negotiate standard contract terms, coordinate with legal counsel where necessary to finalize contracts and statements of work\nIdentify the best value supplier by issuing requests for quote and analyzing responses from suppliers\nSet up terms and accounts with new suppliers and complete data entry necessary to onboard the supplier into CFS systems\nReview and manage open orders with suppliers to ensure product arrives as expected\nResolve invoice issues and ensure that vendors are paid on time\nAdhere to all supply chain policies, procedures, guidelines and instructions including those regarding the procurement of materials, intellectual property, and export compliance\nPurchase from both MRP and project/purchase requests under departmental guidelines\nProvide constant, clear, and timely updates to internal customers\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh School Diploma\n0-2 years in Procurement or related role\nExperience with MS Office\nExceptional communications skills\nStrong relationship building skills\nAbility to prioritize and execute tasks\nIntegrity\nStrong Customer Service skills\nRemarkable problem-solving skills\nWorks well under pressure\nPossesses excellent judgment\nBonus Points For:\nBachelor’s Degree\nMust-have requirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs\nPerform activities such as stopping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time\nDedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics\nSalary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience.
