You will be responsible for supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining high quality masterbatch production.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities Material handling: Assist in the preparation, handling, and transport of raw materials, additives, and pigments to the production area.\nMachine Setup: Assist in setting up and preparing manufacturing equipment and machinery for production runs.\nSort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized material utilizing appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including a pallet jack, forklift and by hand.\nVerifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipment and prepares items for shipment.\nLoad and unload trucks and containers as needed.\nQuality Control Monitor and inspect product quality during the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.\nBatch mixing: Assist in the loading of manufacturing equipment of raw materials.\nRecord keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch logs, material usage, and quality checks.\nPerform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.\nSafety Compliance Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleague.\nReport any substandard conditions or incidents to Team Lead or Site manager.\nCleanliness and Maintenance Keep the production area clean and organized and assist in routine maintenance of equipment.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.\nPerform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, ad replacements as needed.\nOperator maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.\nOther Responsibilities Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, due to carrying needs.
