As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. We take our role seriously, as our efforts ensure our installations and assets are prepared in any operating environment, present and future.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitect and lead end-to-end development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI semantic models and reports in GCC High/IL5 environments\nDesign Dataverse data models, security roles, and business logic layers that align with federal data governance and RBAC requirements\nBuild and maintain complex Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA), including multi-stage approval processes, API integrations, and error-handling frameworks\nDevelop and optimize Power BI semantic models using star schema design, DAX measures, and Row-Level Security (RLS) to deliver accurate reporting to federal stakeholders\nOwn integration design between Power Platform and external systems via custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Service Bus)\nEnforce FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS, and CMMC compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle — not as a checklist, but as an embedded practice\nApply NIST 800-53 security controls to solution design, including data classification, audit logging, and least-privilege access patterns\nConfigure and maintain DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, managed environments, and tenant-level governance controls in GCC High\nLead security reviews of Power Platform solutions prior to authorization and deployment into production federal environments\nServe as Delivery Lead for a cross-functional development team\nDefine and enforce development standards, Definition of Done criteria, documentation practices, and code review processes in a regulated environment\nLead and contribute to the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) — establishing patterns, reusable components, and governance frameworks for the organization\nMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers;
