This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $147,000 – $196,500 annuallyResponsibilities Own execution of technical workstreams to deliver projects on time and within scope Provide direction and decision-making support to ensure alignment with performance and quality standards Drive risk identification, mitigation, and resolution throughout development phases Strengthen sampling and new product development execution to enhance technical readiness Lead and develop a team of TPMs to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables to project schedules Track progress and report risks and KPIs to stakeholdersQualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years experience in a technical, engineering, or product development environment 3+ years experience in advanced deposition or managing new product development for semiconductor fabrication preferred Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and Advanced Deposition chemistry, engineering, and manufacturing Direct experience with technical projects and understanding of engineering workflows and manufacturing processes Strong project management skills including risk assessment, conflict management, and stakeholder management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations at all organizational levelsBenefits Progressive paid time off policy encouraging work-life balance Generous 401(K) plan with impressive employer match and no delayed vesting Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance options available Education assistance to support ongoing learning Values-driven culture emphasizing People, Accountability, Creativity, and ExcellenceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
