This role will play a large part in leading the customer training efforts and will contribute to the development of best practices and active participation in presales activities.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSolution Design & Architecture:\r\nDevelop and design end-to-end financial and supply chain management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.\r\nDesign scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions that integrate with existing systems.\r\nIdentify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.\r\nImplementation & Deployment\r\nLead the implementation of F&SCM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.\r\nEnsure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges.\r\nTechnology Integrations\r\nOversee the integration of financial and supply chain management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).\r\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.\r\nProject Management\r\nManage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope.\r\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nStakeholder Collaboration\r\nEngage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.\r\nConduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs and implementation plans.\r\nEmbody Western Computers Gold Standard of Customer Experience expectations when interacting with stakeholders.\r\nStrategic Thinking\r\nUse creative thinking, proactive judgment, and industry knowledge to advise and build role specific best practices.\r\nContinuous Improvement\r\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance supply chain solutions.\r\nQualifications\r\n9+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM\r\nProven experience in designing and implementing F&SCM solutions with multiple successful implementations.\r\nStrong organizational and communication skills are required.\r\nDynamics F&SCM Development certification preferred.\r\nDynamics F&SCM functional training and/or certifications a plus\r\nExcellent Verbal and Written Communications\r\nExceptional Problem-solving skills\r\nStrong Project Management skills\r\nAbility to present to technical, non-technical and executive level individuals.\r\nThe Perks\r\nStellar Salary: Get ready to be rewarded handsomely, with a competitive OTE ranging from $140k - $170k USD per year.
