Join us!\nEssential Functions: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\nManages all school and state mandated assessment programs including Scantron, ELL assessments, and AP Exams etc., including make-up testing;\nResearches and secures facilities throughout the state for all in-person testing, maintaining communication to revisit needs prior to each administration, as needed;\nAttends district, state, K12, and regional trainings and ensures knowledge transfer with appropriate personnel; Trains staff in appropriate District and State testing procedures (prior to each administration);\nTracks enrollment and orders testing materials accordingly; ensures accuracy of testing materials;\nCreates test security plans and Test Administration Plans and documents needed for implementation of the plan; Monitors state testing to ensure all regulations and rules are followed; Investigates and prepares reports for reported test irregularities;\nTrains Site Coordinators in appropriate procedures for coordinating testing at their location; Supervises, monitors, and maintains regular communications with all Site Coordinators;\nDevelops staffing plans and works with Administration to onboard staff for testing;\nDevelops communications to parents and staff regarding state testing;\nWorks with School Operations Manager to update and maintain the Testing Database; Maintains testing planning and tracking tools throughout the year; Tracks student accommodations for Special Education, 504, and general education students.\nOversees processes for sorting, packing and shipping materials to sites; Regularly inventories and orders non-secure testing supplies for each administration;\nCollaborates with the Special Education Manager on the implementation of state testing and the needs for alternate assessment testers.\nAbility to travel 20% of the time\nMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree AND\nTwo (2) years of experience in test administration/protocols OR\nEquivalent combination of education and experience\nAbility to clear required background check\nOTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to do occasional moderate lifting\nProfessional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Familiarity with using databases; Web proficiency\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nFamiliarity with state testing\nCurrent state teacher’s certificate\nExperience teaching in the classroom and administering standardized tests\nExperience with virtual/online education\nCompensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.\nExempt (salary): Post annual salary\nWe anticipate the salary range to be $52,334.00 - $65,418.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
