Class A CDL Company Driver - $2000/week
We are seeking professional, safety-minded Class A CDL Drivers to join our fleet. You will operate Class 8 vehicles with trailers 42 feet or longer, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. We offer stable miles, competitive pay, and a strong culture of safety.Compensation & BenefitsMedical Benefits: 100% company-paid medical insurance for the employee and all dependents.Housing: Company-provided housing is included at no cost to the driver.Shift 14/7Compensation range $1500-$4000Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate Class 8 commercial motor vehicles.Haul trailers measuring 42 feet or longer.Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs.Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.Report any transit delays or vehicle issues immediately.Minimum RequirementsAge: Must be at least 23 years old.Experience: 12 months of Class A experience within the last 3 years.Vehicle Type: Experience must be in Class 8 vehicles with 42' trailers or longer.Note: Straight Truck (ST) experience does not count toward this requirement.Medical Card: Valid current medical card required for application.Physical: Must pass a new physical with our designated provider upon hire.Verifications: Must provide DOT verifications for the past 3 years.Driving Record & Background Hiring CriteriaGeneral: Clean and safe overall driving record.DUI/DWI: Zero violations within the last 84 months (7 years).Felonies/Misdemeanors: No major felonies or misdemeanors. (Requires Vice President approval if exceptions are considered).Moving Violations: Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 36 months across MVR, DAC, and PSP reports.Preventable Accidents: Maximum of 2 in the last 24 months, or 3 in the last 36 months (includes MVR, DAC, and PSP reports).Automatic DisqualificationsAny speeding violation of 15 mph or more over the limit (counts as 2 moving violations).Reckless driving conviction.Driving with a suspended license.Illegal U-turns.Failure to control a vehicle.Any moving violation involving a fatality.
