Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zelienople, PA, for a Community Manager. The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential communities, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and fostering strong communication with residents and board members. Responsibilities also include enforcing community rules, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Community Manager acts as a liaison between the community and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
