About the Opportunity:The Remote Dispatch Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth field operations by monitoring technician schedules, assigning and tracking jobs, and managing service requests and outages efficiently. This position is essential for maintaining operational flow and responding promptly to priority alarms and escalations. It involves clear communication and coordination with internal teams and technicians, contributing directly to effective service delivery.3. Responsibilities:• Monitor technician availability and job queues throughout the day• Assign and track field jobs using dispatch platforms and outage tools• Respond to Priority 1 and 2 alarms, escalations, and missed appointment fallout• Communicate ETAs and job updates to internal teams and customers• Document job status and actions in Teams, email, and tracking systems• Collaborate across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity4. Requirements:• Work at home with provided computer and equipment• High-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot)• Upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps• Internet provider must have 1% or less packet loss• Available cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later• Must install Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Application as required by IT• Must reside in the State of South Carolina5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay rate - $14.50/hr#6.
