day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of application run time environment, includes design and implementation of infrastructure from specifications, configuration and deployment of applications, connecting to back-end resources.\nThe job requires advanced troubleshooting of moderately complex software applications.\nUnder general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems utilizing industry standard algorithms and tools.\nWork with the development staff to determine operational requirements for test/production environments.\nCompetent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications server activities.\nDeployment, and operational support of (prod, staging, test and dev) environments for multiple applications using Weblogic Application Server.\nKeep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches and bug fixes.\nMonitor application server performance and respond appropriately.\nModifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications.\nMonitors systems capacity and performance through APM tools, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support.\nExcellent analytical skills, resiliency mindset, attention to detail (production environment), excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).\nPosition requires the candidate to be highly flexible in hours of work because of its customer-facing, highly available infrastructure necessity.\nExperience with Web-based applications and tools such as ELK (log monitoring), APM tools, and Jenkins.\nExperience in Cloud ops especially Oracle cloud (OCI) strongly preferred\nExperience in K2View will be a bonus\nUnix experience with knowledge of scripting highly desirable\n3 to 7 years of experience in production
