Salary commensurate with experience*Overview:Location: Remote – Albany, NYSalary: $100,000 - $115,000We are seeking a Oracle Testing Analyst who will support our client by working collaboratively within a testing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end testing for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. This role integrates real-world clinical workflow knowledge (e.g., A/D/T, CPOE, BCMA, clinical documentation) into testing methodologies to drive quality assurance and verification across the program. This position is remote with no travel required. The Testing Analyst is responsible for various types of testing as specified below. Duties: Assist with coordinating testing activities with stakeholder departments to identify testing requirements and help resolve testing issues. Support the implementation of testing strategies and testing activities; help track and report testing progress against the Testing Management Plan. Coordinate with project leadership and testing team members to support testing schedules, resource assignments, and the logging of testing-related issues and risks. Assist in the development and maintenance of Testing Plans, including objectives, scope, success criteria, stakeholders, communications, resources, tools, and infrastructure. Support requirements mapping and traceability activities to help ensure coverage of functional, non-functional, security, and compliance requirements. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, scripts, and test data for multiple testing phases and testing types. Perform system, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities; document and validate testing results and defects. Log, track, and help coordinate the resolution of defects, including severity classification and prioritization. Assist with test environment coordination and test data preparation that mirrors production while supporting privacy/security requirements.Support testing across multiple phases (requirements through post-implementation monitoring and regression testing). Monitor the system post-testing with ongoing operations/support teams and coordinate regression testing after conversion when changes are introduced. Maintain testing documentation, status reports, defect logs, and testing metrics to support project reporting and compliance requirements.Mandatory Qualifications:Associates degree or higher from an accredited college3+ years of experience testing and implementing Oracle Cerner EHR solutionsExperience in this role on two (2) or more projects performing testing activities related to Oracle Cerner EHR implementations for larger healthcare organizations.3+ years of experience in end-to-end testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).3+ years of experience with Test Builder, Test Script creation, mapping Workflows to Test Scripts and modifying steps in Test Builder.3+ years of experience with logging issues in a project portal, retesting and validating issue resolution.3+ years of experience with detailed unit testing creation and execution.Desirable Qualifications: Experience with Nursing Acute and Ambulatory, Provider Acute and Ambulatory, CPOE, Provider documentation, Orders, Lab Draw, and Med Administration.Familiar with Security related to user positions.  Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
