Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.\r\nThis position requires the candidate to be located in Atlanta GA onsite, 4 days a week.\r\nConcentrix is looking for a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with strong experience building Power BI solutions from scratch, gathering business requirements, and delivering high-quality dashboards across complex data ecosystems.\r\nAdvanced in DAX, skilled in SQL Server / T-SQL, and experienced with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate to build agents and automation that drive business efficiency.\r\nRequired\r\n2+ Years of Experience – BI Dev/Analyst\r\nPower BI Development from scratch, working with business stakeholders and complex data ecosystems to uncover requirements, build a plan for development, and execute at a high level, including expert UI/UX development principles.\r\nCopilot/Copilot Studio: Building agents, automation, and processes that help business efficiency and transformation.\r\nAdvanced to expert DAX\r\nSQL – solid working and hands-on knowledge with SQL Server (T-SQL syntax) and how relational datasets are modeled and built\r\nPower Automate – for building automation and agents within Copilot.\r\nEnergetic, eager to learn, ask a ton of questions and motivated in a fast-paced environment\r\nBusiness Requirements and Consulting skills\r\nPresentation and business acumen (PowerPoint, presenting complex data insights to non-technical business SMEs)\r\nNice to have\r\nCCaaS experience (metrics for call centers, especially around automotive buy back programs would be extremely beneficial)\r\nWorking knowledge or familiarity with cloud hyperscalers, most importantly Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Others like Databricks, AWS, Snowflake also OK but emphasis on MSFT data stack.\r\nPython programming\r\nFabric IQ/Ontology familiarity or hands-on working knowledge nice, but certainly not a requirement.\r\nThe base salary for this position is $92,250 – $95,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
