Machine Operator General Laborer

HHP Inc is seeking a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift General Laborer/Machine Operator to join our team at our Henniker, New Hampshire Pallet Shop Operation. Our facility, conveniently located just off RT. 202 & 89, includes a hardwood sawmill, pallet shop, and paper-quality chipping plant. Responsibilities Demonstrate a positive work attitude. Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Must be able to read and use a tape measure. Exercise good decision making. Use of multiple sized nail guns. Use of grinder. Organize and clean work area regularly. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Capability to work on feet for extended periods, including bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, and walking. Strong work ethic and good communication skills. Familiarity with operating machinery in a production process. Mechanical aptitude. Reliable transportation. Pre-Employment Physical required. Compensation $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6am-3pm & Friday 6am-12:00pm. Shop floor production demands may extend the Mon-Thurs until 4pm and Friday until 3pm.
