Oversee AV refresh projects, ensuring all systems are installed, commissioned, and maintained to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. Deliver hands‑on technical expertise, detailed project oversight, and exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, highly regulated corporate environment. Educate end users, respond to service requests, and maintain a professional presence across all interactions.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and test AV solutions including displays, Microsoft Teams Room equipment, microphones, speakers, control panels, and networked AV devices. Ensure all installations meet corporate and AVIXA standards for quality and safety.\n\nCoordinate AV refresh projects from inception to completion. Manage timelines, and deliverables. Interface with internal teams (AV engineering, IT, facilities) and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.\n\nInterpret AV system drawings, schematics, and installation documentation. Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and asset inventory.\n\nPerform structured cable management, rack assembly, equipment mounting, and cable termination to meet corporate and industry best practices.\n\nConduct system commissioning and calibration, verifying performance and resolving technical issues. Troubleshoot AV systems and networked devices to ensure optimal operation.\n\nProvide clear, professional training to end users on AV system operation. Respond to questions, address discrepancies, and resolve failures with courtesy and urgency.\n\nUpdate AV asset portals and support preventive maintenance efforts to maximize system uptime and reliability.\n\nDeliver on‑site technical support for live corporate events, ensuring flawless AV execution and minimal disruption.\n\nAdhere to strict safety protocols and internal AV standards throughout all phases of installation and service.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nStrong understanding of AV signal flow, control system integration, and networked AV technologies. Proficient with hand and power tools, test equipment, and AV software interfaces.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Excellent documentation and reporting skills.\n\nAbility to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in active office environments.\n\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in AV installation and integration, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV platforms.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
