Utilizing operational systems for production of your print products and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for preventive and predictive maintenance. you’ll build skills that are relevant for the future of the industry.\nWe believe the best way to learn is by doing, which is why you’ll be paired with experienced operators and mentors, supported through structured coaching sessions, and exposed to leaders across the business.\nOur goal is to provide a supportive, engaging, and hands-on environment where your contributions matter and your development is prioritized. You will gain valuable skills in the craft of printing, that builds a foundation that can be used in various forms of the printing industry.\nYou Will:\nLearn the fundamentals of press operations, including mechanics, color systems, and quality control\nSupport day-to-day production in a live printing environment\nMonitor equipment and assist with preventive/predictive maintenance using a CMMS system\nWork with Variable Data Printing (VDP) and digital pre-press processes\nExplore tools to improve efficiency in layout and production workflows\nContribute to projects focused on sustainability, efficiency, or process improvement\nTroubleshoot mechanical and system-related issues alongside experienced team members\nYou Have:\nInterest in manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations\nCuriosity about how things work—both mechanically and digitally\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nWillingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment\nBasic computer or technical skills (a plus, but not required)\nA proactive mindset and eagerness to take initiative\nWho should apply?\nStudents interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing, engineering, or print operations.
