We invite you to apply to join us and become a part of forging the future of steel in Alabama for generations to come.\r\nOVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Will be responsible for a variety of OSP duties including, but not limited to, data and transaction monitoring and entry (Stock transfers, production, shipments, receipts, invoices), design and implementation of OSP into the Company IT landscape, assisting in the OSP on-boarding process, processor capabilities data entry, , auditing, training of new incoming team members, inventory control, entering system dispositions, corrective action management and electronic transaction.\r\nACCOUNTABILITIES\r\n\r\nAssists in the design and implementation of OSP within the Company IT landscape (SAP), including business processes, portal solutions, and EDI integration\r\nWorks with IT to assist in the ongoing continual improvements to systems and communicate the systems needs of Outside Processing\r\nReviews and analyzes data coming from the OSP and verify accuracy and monitors delivery and FIFO performance\r\nEnsure accurate SAP invoice processing by validating transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting EDI billing integration across internal teams and customers\r\nAssists in development and enhancement of inter-departmental processes necessary to ensure superior customer satisfaction\r\nLead and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to address recurring discrepancies, EDI failures, and inventory alignment issues\r\nDefines how to more effectively use technology to drive out cost and increase the value that the Company can offer\r\nCreates and maintains an environment that promotes positive communications within the department as well as fostering teamwork with the External Processing department and with the rest of the company\r\nFulfills the commitment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment\r\nFulfills the responsibilities required to achieve the Quality Commitment\r\nDemonstrates commitment to teamwork by fostering an environment that embodies trust and respect\r\nEnsures working knowledge of competencies as defined in ISO 14001:2004, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015\r\n\r\nEDUCATION & ACCREDITATION\r\n* Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience\r\nKNOWLEDGE\r\n\r\n1+ years of relevant steel processing / business systems experience\r\nKnowledge of, and experience with, SAP including EDI\r\nProficient in MS office products.
