The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. This role is critical to the success of our dealership, and we are looking for someone who is experienced in automotive service management and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. Duties: - Manage and coordinate the service process, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. - Interact with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing estimates for repairs and maintenance. - Conduct tire service inspections and recommend repairs and maintenance. - Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate estimates for vehicle maintenance and repairs. - Sell additional services and parts to customers, including oil changes and other automotive services. - Collaborate with service technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and vehicle maintenance and repairs. - Assist in managing and controlling inventory levels of parts and supplies. - Meet and exceed sales goals and targets. - Identify opportunities to suspend or delay vehicle maintenance and repairs to save customers money and minimize downtime. - Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and ensure customer safety. Skills: - Experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment. - Strong knowledge of automotive service management and practices. - Proven experience in tire service and automotive estimating. - Excellent sales and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. - Ability to suspend or delay vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of oil change and other automotive services.
