We are looking for a responsible individual to keep production flowing on our night shift.\n\nTHERMAL DEBURRING OPERATOR\n\nPosition Purpose:\nResponsible daily operations of our thermal deburring processing.\n\nEssential Functions:\nSchedule jobs for thermal deburring.\nAccurately follow posted work instructions.\nVisually inspect parts.\nTest and maintain correct water and soap amounts.\nDrive a forklift.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.\nEducation and Training:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\nMinimum Qualifications:\nNo prior experience or training.\nBasic computer skills required\nPhysical Demands:\nContinually required to stand.\nFrequently required to walk.\nFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.\nFrequently required to bend, stoop, or kneel.\nOccasionally required to talk or hear.\nFrequently work near moving mechanical parts.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\nThe employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds / frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds / continually lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include: Color vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\nSpecialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Thermal Deburring machine, Parts Washer, Forklift, and Computer.\n\nEnvironmental Conditions:\nWarehouse setting\n\nBehavioral Traits:\nAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.\nAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.\nDependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.\nOrganizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values; Benefits organization through outside activities; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity.\nPlanning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.\nSafety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.\n\nPay & Benefits:\nRate: In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the hourly payrate for this position is $19.00-$24.38.
