We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships.Job DescriptionResponsible for supervising and assisting Career Counselors in providing personal and career counseling services to the students we serveResponsible for managing the caseload of an assigned group of young people ages 16-24, in a primarily residential settingResponsible for ensuring career counselors behave in a professional, ethical manner at all times and provide sounds advice in regards to conflict and personal issues of the studentsMust maintain professional integrity with difficult clients and always consider the best interest of the clientsMust provide training and resources for advancement of career counselorsQualificationsBachelors degree in psychology or sociology; or a bachelors degree in another field with at least 15 credit hours of study in counseling courses requiredMasters degree preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
