We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Software Developer who is passionate about technology, loves to learn new things, and takes ownership of the products on which they work.This is a highly collaborative, fully onsite role.Salary range is $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software using established best practices for creating readable and maintainable codeInvestigate, prototype, and implement solutions to complex system design challengesPrioritize identifying and resolving bugs to ensure the best user experienceCollaborate with product managers and subject-matter experts to define roadmaps and anticipate technical roadblocksWork closely with local and offshore engineering teams to ensure the highest level of code qualityAssist with other special projects and duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications & Competencies: At least 3 years of experience in Python (Django, Flask, or other frameworks) and REST APIsExpert-level understanding of databases with an emphasis on SQLBasic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS35+ years of professional experience developing applications in an Agile environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline Preferred Qualifications & Competencies: Understanding of software design principles and common design patternsExperience building cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred)Experience conducting in-depth code reviewsExperience working within complex or enterprise-level software environmentsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Soft Skills: Our best team members are natural problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change and ambiguity.
