And growth, in every sense, inspires everything we do.\r\nIf you’re ready to challenge what’s expected and shape the future of cannabis, your next chapter starts with Story.\r\nPay:\r\n$16.50/hour (set rate)\r\nOverview:\r\nThe Post-Harvest Associate supports the final stages of the cultivation process by trimming, curing, and preparing cannabis flower for packaging and sale. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.\r\nResponsibilities:Complete tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants in accordance with our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.\r\nHanging product in dry room on harvest day\r\nEfficiently bucket and sort product based on Harvest standard guidelines.\r\nEfficiently de-stem product in accordance with Harvest standard guidelines.\r\nContinual quality control assessment as product moves through the process.\r\nRedirecting any misallocated product (i.e.: Removing A bud from B bud)\r\nIdentifying pests, mold, seeds, or other quality concerns\r\nAssist with product handling and storage in accordance with Harvest standards.\r\nMaintaining all equipment in accordance with Harvest standard operating procedures.\r\nProper labeling of all plant material throughout the process\r\nOperation, maintenance, and cleaning of the trim machine.\r\nAttending to a large-scale post-harvest cultivation operation facility.\r\nPrepare plants in accordance with standard operating procedures.\r\nMaintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.\r\nEnsure compliance with EPA & MSDS regulations on nutrients and pesticides.\r\nParticipate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.\r\nMaintain accurate documentations of executed tasks.\r\nMaintain a level of cleanliness and organization.\r\nEnsure no product leaves the facility without authorization of management.\r\nFollow all safety regulations set by supervisors.\r\nEnsure consistent quality.\r\nEnsure an overall positive, safe and clean environment.\r\nAdditional duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications & Requirements:Minimum High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.\r\nAbility to work in an exceedingly fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to manage high stress, high urgency situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.\r\nSelf-motivated, committed, and ambitious.\r\nGeneral tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills.
