This role is responsible for Finance and Controlling accounting related to inventory valuation for all AFNA sites. As a Finance Manager, this role guides and contributes to post implementation discussions in the areas of site gap assessments, advanced training, and troubleshooting. The position is an enabler for change management of standard process adoptions and mentoring other employees on need for process adherence. You will be expected to perform assignments, lead initiatives, and solve problems with high complexity and impact. You will be expected to provide insight to the Finance Leadership Team on Raw Materials price movements and forecasting. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
