Senior Administrative Assistant - dCarbon Ventures (SVP Support)
BKV Corporation went public. Our carbon capture business is scaling. And our SVP of dCarbon Ventures needs a Senior Administrative Assistant who's ready to grow with us.
I'm hiring for one of the most interesting admin roles in energy right now.
Our SVP of dCarbon Ventures built BKV's carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) business unit from the ground up. Today, she oversees business development, project execution, construction, carbon capture technology, grant management, and strategic partnerships. Before leading dCV, she ran field operations with zero safety incidents and 95%+ of projects under budget.
This role puts you at the center of that work.
What you'll do:
Own the SVP's calendar across a fast-moving portfolio of carbon capture projects
Coordinate complex travel, meetings, and team offsites (2–4x/year)
Draft communications, prepare briefings, and follow through on action items
Partner with our Denver office team on front desk coverage and visiting employee support
Handle confidential information with the discretion this level requires
What you'll bring:
5+ years supporting a VP or SVP-level executive
Experience in energy, CCUS, or a publicly traded company (preferred)
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive approach — you anticipate needs, not just respond to them
Strong judgment about when to act and when to elevate
Why BKV
NYSE-listed and growing — we're the largest natural gas producer in the Barnett Shale
Our integrated platform spans upstream, midstream, power generation, and CCUS
You'll support a leader at the forefront of one of energy's most important transitions
Denver-based with hybrid flexibility
Competitive compensation: $54K–$95K + 15% short-term incentive target
We're building something significant here. If you're an experienced executive assistant who wants to be part of a company that's growing and a mission that matters, I'd love to hear from you.
