The role involves leading and guiding engineering best practices, and driving high-quality, scalable solutions. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, performant, and cloud-ready delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution design and develop clean efficient and scalable code for backend and automation tasksOversee development of Python AWS services, API services and API testing using Bruno.Architect and deploy applications on AWS using S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, Storage Gateway, SNSImplement CI/CD pipelines for builds using Code Pipeline /Code Build, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues and bugs across the application stack.Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architectureLead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards for performance and maintainability. Required Skills (Must Have)Python programming includes experience with various frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and others.AWS: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Storage Gateway and SNSStrong experience in API development and integration.Hands-on experience with Splunk and Bruno for API testingProven ability to design, build, and optimize backend-end applications in AWS environments.Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (pytest). Preferred SkillsExperience with UI development using React.js.Knowledge of BFSI/Capital Markets domain is a plus. Leadership & Soft SkillsAbility to lead and coach engineers, promote best practices, and standardize front-end engineering processes.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.Experience influencing architectural decisions and navigating complex technical environments. EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
