Systems Analyst with 5–7+ years of experience supporting business and technology teams through requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design. The position focuses heavily on analyzing AI-related business use cases, partnering with product managers, and helping guide requests through governance, prioritization, design, and development processes. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, quickly learning new business domains, and translating current-state processes into future-state solutions that deliver measurable business value. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex findings for leadership and business partners.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau, along with the ability to use data to validate ideas, measure AI solution performance, and define success metrics. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and predictive modeling is preferred, though direct experience is not mandatory if the candidate is actively building related skills.
