The successful candidate will conduct geological site investigations, assess geological hazards, and provide detailed reports. This permanent, full‑time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConduct comprehensive geological site investigations including field mapping and subsurface exploration.\n\nAssess geological hazards and provide detailed reports on findings.\n\nProvide foundation recommendations for engineering design based on geological assessments.\n\nPerform laboratory analysis of soil samples to determine their composition and suitability for construction projects.\n\nDevelop and implement erosion control plans to prevent or minimize soil erosion on construction sites.\n\nAdvise on environmental impact considerations and provide recommendations to mitigate potential environmental risks.\n\nCollaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals in the planning and execution of construction projects.\n\nEnsure all work is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.\n\nConduct site investigations to assess the suitability of the site for construction and to identify potential geological hazards.\n\nCarry out construction testing to ensure the quality and safety of the construction materials and procedures.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
