Voted one of the Best Places to Work in 2022, 2023, & 2024!\n\nJob Overview\nIntegrity Learning Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support within a school environment, implementing 1:1 teaching and behavior intervention programs for children with developmental disorders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the academic and personal success of learners by helping them reach their full potential through implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting positive behavior change, assisting with daily self-help skills, and fostering the development of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a school setting.\n\nResponsibilities\nImplementation of School-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy:\nDemonstrate a commitment to the values of Integrity Learning Center daily, displaying good judgment and decision-making skills in the school environment.\nProvide 1:1 direct instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism within the classroom or other school settings in collaboration with school staff and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\nExecute acquisition & mastered programs as prescribed by the client’s treatment team in collaboration with school staff.\nEngage client in meaningful and structured activities, adhering to the guidelines of their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP).\nCapture, contrive, and engage client in natural environment training and incidental teaching opportunities throughout the school day.\nAssist in client programming and support as instructed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or school-based clinical team.\nData Collection:\nMaintain detailed, accurate, and timely data collection on progress, behaviors, and other relevant information as required by the school and treatment team.\nTake and maintain detailed behavior notes, documentation, and progress reports as needed.\nComplete daily progress notes accurately and in a timely manner following each school session.\nBehavior Intervention:\nImplement appropriate behavior management techniques within the classroom and other school environments as prescribed by the client’s BIP.\nCollaborate with school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients.\nAdherence to Values and Policies:\nDemonstrate a commitment to promoting Integrity, Excellence, Creativity, Social Responsibility, and Caring in all aspects of the job.\nUse social media responsibly in accordance with school and organizational guidelines.\nStay current on CPR training and quality standards for crisis management techniques.\nExercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the school and therapy environment, strictly maintaining all HIPAA requirements.\nAdhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Guidelines for Responsible Conduct.\nOther Duties:\nMaintain a clean, organized, and conducive learning environment for clients.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the BCBA or management team.\nReport to therapy appointments on time and communicate any absences as soon as possible.\nMaintain effective and professional communication with school staff, management, and parents.\n\nQualifications\nRBT Certification:\nMust hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.\nEducation:\nMinimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.\nExperience:\nPrevious experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disorders in a school setting is preferred.\nMust be dependable and have a passion for working with children.\nFamiliarity with play-based ABA therapy approaches is a plus.\nSkills and Strengths:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents.\nAbility to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience in therapeutic interactions with clients.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a school environment.\nCreative and adaptable to the dynamic nature of a school setting.\nSelf-motivated, energetic, and committed to client success.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive pay and paid training.\nComprehensive Employee Assistance Program offering mental health support at no cost.\nBonus programs, including a unique peer-to-peer bonus system.\nHealth, dental, vision, life, short & long-term disability coverage.\nRetirement benefits.\nGenerous holiday and vacation package.\nRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialing and RBT Exam fees covered by Integrity.\n$300 bonus upon obtaining RBT certification.\nOpportunities for career advancement within the ABA field.\nOngoing training and mentoring.\nA supportive and collaborative school team environment.\n\n-The Integrity Way-\nWe are a company of values.
