We are looking for someone who can demonstrate deep technical expertise in Java, explain complex SQL design and performance decisions, and discuss API platforms or integration architectures they have personally designed or owned in production.\n\nCandidates with approximately 8 or more years of relevant software engineering experience are strongly preferred, and highly experienced engineers with 10 to 20 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with fewer years of experience may also be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional technical depth.\n\nCompensation\n\nThe anticipated permanent base salary upon conversion is approximately *$108,000 to $140,000 plus bonus*, depending on experience and technical expertise.
