Validation Engineer","description":"Raleigh, North Carolina/Southeast/Full Time\nKey Responsibilities\nCQV Execution & Safety\n\nPerform Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities with a strong focus on safety\n\nDeliver C&Q activities in alignment with project schedules\n\nTrack and report progress of CQV efforts\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\n\nSupport the generation and review of C&Q procedures for client projects\n\nReview and revise qualification-related documents, including SOPs, master plans, and execution plans\n\nAssist with CQV review and qualification of equipment design\n\nProject Planning & Coordination\n\nSupport planning of commissioning spares and consumables\n\nAllocate project resources for efficient execution\n\nCoordinate support and logistics during CQV execution\n\nSupport execution of design reviews, equipment shakedown, commissioning, FATs, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities\n\nCoordinate with project contractors and equipment vendors to execute required testing\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences (relevant experience can substitute for education)\n\n3+ years of related experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry\n\nEssential experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment\n\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills\n\nStrong problem‑solving abilities\n\nCustomer‑focused mindset\n\nWillingness and flexibility to travel throughout the U.S. and potentially internationally\n\nInfluence Strategy\n\nEvaluates
