(Per employee handbook).\r\nReport all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.\r\nAttend all EH&S training.\r\nEssential Job Functions\r\nResponsible for maintaining department inventory of slurry raw materials based on consumption and expected usage. Coordinates with receiving to deliver additional materials.\r\nPerforms dip manufacturing by following basic processing setups:\r\nFollowing and completing the batch formulations sheets in IPC\r\nCarefully weighing and recording all batch components\r\nTesting all dip properties and recording data on batch formulation sheets including viscosity, pate weight, density, percent solids, pH, conductivity and temperature\r\nQualify dip prior to releasing to production\r\nInput's data into the slurry database (IPC)\r\nManage the age/reserve pots:\r\nPerforms viscosity, plate weight and percent solids checks on all required dips and makes necessary adjustments using documented reaction plans\r\nPeriodically clean dip pots (Cleans age and reserve dip pots rims and paddles at least once per week)\r\nInputs data into slurry database (IPC).\r\nTransport dip and replenishes pots on all required dip pots.\r\nIn conjunction with the process owner, this position manages the batching calendar requirements.\r\nMaintain all waste slurry and materials in accordance with EHS requirements and department specified activity instructions.\r\nReport issues with dips and dip pots back to the supervisor and Monoshell process owner.\r\nPerform weekly lab testing on all age and reserve slurries per AI280.01.16. This task will be alternated on a Bi-weekly basis between slurry manufactures.\r\nConduct change out of all non-slurry prewets, rinses and washes based on instruction requirements.\r\nPerform calibration on viscosity cups, plates and pycnometers on a quarterly basis or as instructed by the Monoshell process owner.\r\nCoordinate and manage responsibilities in conjunction with peer Monoshell Operator II workers.\r\nMust complete Monoshell training program and pass a competency performance test at the end of 6-12 months of on-the-job training.\r\nMust be able to perform Monoshell Operator activities.\r\n,\r\nQualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\r\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
