Shift: 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies in a production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working with small parts and tools. Key Responsibilities:\r\nAssemble electronic components, subassemblies, and PCB boards according to work instructions and schematics\r\nPerform basic wiring, crimping, and component placement on printed circuit boards\r\nRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions\r\nInspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy\r\nUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\r\nFollow all safety and quality standards\r\nQualifications:\r\nPrevious electronic or PCB assembly experience preferred\r\nAbility to read and follow written and visual instructions\r\nStrong attention to detail and manual dexterity\r\nComfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks\r\nBasic understanding of electronic components is a plus\r\nSoldering experience is a plus but not required\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods\r\nGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills\r\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs as needed\r\nNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
