If you're passionate about engineering and want to be part of a company that cares about its people, this is the job for you!\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nThe Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of drafting and engineering staff\n\nwhile ensuring that company objectives and goals are met. The Engineering Manager must be experienced and capable,\n\nusing a variety of Engineering tools. They will participate in and support efforts towards improved work methods, have\n\nproblem‐solving capabilities, high mechanical aptitude, as well as responsibility for the integrity of processes, systems,\n\nand information released to manufacturing. This individual will be hands‐on, highly operationally focused, and an active\n\nmember of the senior leadership team.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLead and coordinate all daily engineering and drafting activities.\nFacilitate communication among customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, costs, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood\nIdentify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive engineering workflows, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational processes.\nEvaluate and adopt AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.\nReview work and projects for technical accuracy\nCreate and execute strategic plan for the related departments\nEstablishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards for the department.\nMaintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency\nStrives to improve efficiency and sustainability of process and product design\nCollaborate with team leaders to drive continuous process and cost improvement\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required\nMaster’s Degree preferred\nMinimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience is required\nExperience in mechanical design and drafting\nExperience in SolidWorks, ERP Systems, MS Suite, Flatter Files is preferred\n\nWHY JOIN EADS?\n\nGreat Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
