The Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist with patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the dental clinic.Expected Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pmEssential Responsibilities:Prepare patients for dental procedures and take their dental records and vitalsAssist dentists with all dental procedures utilizing fourhanded dentistry.Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a clean and safe environmentProvide patients with instructions for oral care and post-treatment proceduresExpose and develop dental radiographs and take impressions and pour dental modelsProvide routine operational support such as tracking lab work, maintaining supplies in operatories, laundering staff scrub jackets and other duties as neededReturn patient phone calls, phone in prescriptions and schedule patient appointmentsWhy UCFS?Our team is passionate about the services we provide and is committed to making a difference for our clients and community.
