You will be part of a dynamic team where your expertise will really make a difference. Your responsibilities will be varied, with a clear focus on technical and presales support, technical knowledge transfer, and optionally also WiFi Site Surveys at customer locations.\nTechnical support for the sales team: You will provide technical support to the sales team. You will contribute ideas about project scopes, draw up kit lists, advise on the right solutions, and help to promote our technologies, products, and vendors to customers and partners. You will be the technical point of contact for your colleagues and will help them where necessary.\nTechnical training: You will provide technical training to an audience of IT professionals and immerse yourself in our vendors’ solutions. Kappa Data is an authorized training center for most of the vendors in its portfolio. You will help to transfer that knowledge in a professional and clear manner.\nSite surveys: You will carry out Wi‑Fi site surveys on location at end customers. You will contribute to the initial Wi‑Fi design and map out environments.
