Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Lomita, CA, for a Coffee Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing daily coffee operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, maintaining inventory, and optimizing processes to ensure excellence in customer service and product delivery. The role also involves team leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven skills in operations management, supply chain coordination, and inventory controlStrong leadership and team management skills, including staff training and schedulingKnowledge of coffee preparation techniques, quality standards, and customer service excellenceExperience in budget management, cost control, and process optimizationEffective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsUnderstanding of health and safety regulations specific to the food and beverage industryBachelor’s degree in management, hospitality, food services, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in coffee shop management or food and beverage operations is a must-have!
