Document Control Administrator
SummaryIn accordance with the goals and initiatives set forth by the Company, Engineering Department and/or the Document Control Group; the Document Control Administrator will be responsible for guaranteeing documentation is methodically organized and aligned with Enerflex document management procedure and process.Principle Responsibilities and DutiesThe Document Control Administrator will work under the direction of the Document Control Supervisor or their designate to support the following project functions:Maintain control of documentation related to engineering and manufacturing documentationGenerate Bill of Material (BOM)Pull vendor documents from the BOMBuild Electronic Data books for ECC projects as assignedPrint, assemble and ship IOM and QC manualsManage the Document Control mailbox and file incoming documents to project folderProcess incoming and outgoing documentationBuild relationships with Internal StakeholdersProvide project support to PDC’s as neededPrepare and manage documentation for off-site storagePerform various administrative tasksAttend weekly project meetingsTrack and expedite project deliverables Maintain project MDRTrain new hires as neededModel and champion Enerflex core valuesAdhere to and promote Enerflex’s HSE policyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo year associates degree in business or related field preferredAt least 2-4 years’ experience in document control support preferredExperience with multiple document management systems preferredExposure to the oil & gas industry would be preferredAdvance knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with multiple document management systems preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperienced with working in fast-paced environments demanding strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skillsTime management skills including multi-tasking competing priorities as neededDemonstrated self-motivation and ethical behaviorWilling to continuously and proactively collaborate, share, and seek guidance through open dialogueHaving a positive attitude, a desire to learn and be challengedPhysical RequirementsFast-paced general office environment.
