{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"0bc51e40cc77d31e4a9624ee","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0bc51e40cc77d31e4a9624ee","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0bc51e40cc77d31e4a9624ee","title":"Document Control Administrator","description":"Business Unit: North America\nLocation:\n\nHouston, TX, US, 77095\n\n#job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }\nTravel: Up to 20%\nReq ID: 4286\nDocument Control Administrator\nSummary\n\nIn accordance with the goals and initiatives set forth by the Company and Document Control Department; the Document Controller will be responsible for managing company documents, adhering to the company's document procedures and archiving inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.\n\nPrinciple Responsibilities and Duties\n\nThe Document Controller will support the following project functions:\n\nProcess incoming and outgoing documentation\nRespond to Document Control requests and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner\nPerform document archiving and filing (electronic and hard copy) of vendor documents and drawings\nInspect documentation to ensure all documentation meets Document Control standards\nDistribute and expedite supplier documentation for review and approval as required\nUpdate project folder with revised documentation\nAttend weekly project meetings\nBuild Electronic Data books for final documentation\nBuild relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders\nTrack and expedite project deliverables\nRead and understand project specifications per contract\nWork with vendors to ensure deliverables on projects are being received per deliverables list\nEnsure alignment with the Document Control procedures and ensure any deviations are tracked and controlled\nProvide back-up document control support on other projects\nEnsure that all metadata field is accurately maintained and updated in each Master Deliverables Register\nPrepare and update weekly status reports\nAdjust work schedule based on project document control needs- Document Controllers will be required to periodically adjust regularly scheduled hours to support clients and engineering teams\nProvide weekly reporting for the project and client needs\nMeets all document control deliverable timelines as specified by the Engineering Project team and Document Control Supervisor\nModel and champion Enerflex core values\nAdhere to and promote Enerflex’s HSE policy\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nAssociate degree in business or related Field Preferred\n5-10 years’ experience in an administrative or Documentation Control environment\nExposure to the oil & gas industry would be preferred\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office\nExcellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills\nExperienced with working in an environment demanding strong organizational, and interpersonal skills\nDemonstrated self-motivation, ethical behavior, and team player\nWilling to continuously and proactively collaborate, share, and seek guidance through open dialogue\n\nHaving a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and be challenged.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
