The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.\nMaintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.\nAssist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.\nAddress employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.\nProvide guidance on employment law, company policies, and best practices to managers and employees.\nAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.\nParticipate in workplace investigations and help resolve employee relations issues.\nMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nGenerate reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.\nSupports ad hoc HR projects.\nSupports and/or plans for employee engagement events.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources role.\nProficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.\nExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nFLSA Classifications: Exempt\nType: Full Time\nBusiness Hours: Core business hours, Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm\nSalary Range: $70k to 75k a year\nReports to: Dual Report to Company President & VP of Human Resources\nBase Location: Riverside, CA\nTravel: None\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The base salary is just one part of your total compensation package at MSM.
