Concrete FinisherPerform a wide range of duties to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprintsCut, bend, place, and tie steel rebarPrepare steel molds for filling with concretePlace concrete in molds from pour bucketFinish fresh concrete with trowel after placing in moldsDisassemble steel molds and remove hardened product following dayMold/form buildingFacility maintenance and housekeepingProduct yarding and truck loadingOther duties may be assigned as neededJob Requirements:Experience in concrete finishing preferredPrevious construction or related industry experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to communicate effectively with team membersKnowledge and skills to use basic toolsKnowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measureUnderstand and can apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the dayCompensation:The hourly pay rate is $24-$27/hr.
