As one of the most diverse and flexible beverage manufacturers in the country, we produce everything from teas and energy drinks to malt‑based beverages.\n\nOur Opportunity: Variety Pack Supervisor\nStatus: Full Time Day Shift\nHours: 12-hour shift - 6a-6p\nSchedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)\nSummary\nThis position is responsible for overseeing the Variety Pack Production team along with managing, directing and implementing operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of company monthly and shift specific Variety Pack Production Goals, while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for the upkeep, population and verifications of 24hr Production Reports, Repack Dashboard, Downtime Trackers and all other files associated with Variety Pack Production. The candidate must be able to manage and work well with other Managers and assist the Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Managers and Warehouse Director on special projects as needed. Candidate must be able to communicate with their teams with respect and lead by example in all aspects of their role and must adhere to all company policies and GMPs while ensuring their Variety Pack Production team is also abiding by all company policies and GMPs.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nWork with employees on a daily basis to solve problems and create opportunities for success in achieving Variety Pack Production Monthly and Shift specific Goals.\n\nMonitor/Review/Coach implementation of daily productivity improvements to ensure corporate goals are met. Conduct training of Production Leads and Operators as well as inventory control procedures and ensure all company policies are being followed.\n\nResponsible for efficient monitoring and verification of all inventories related to Variety Pack Production both before and upon completion of Production Runs.\n\nAssist in monitoring FEFO(First Expired First Out) based consumption is occurring during Variety Pack Production runs and monitor Statuses and locations of Subcomponents to ensure uninterrupted flow of product(s) and material(s) needed for Variety Pack Production.\n\nEnsures the highest standards of safety and workplace cleanliness are developed, met and maintained throughout the Suite D warehouse and Variety Pack Production areas.\n\nRecommends and initiates personnel actions of Production Leads and Operators, such as hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures, completion of Leads and Operators 30-60-90 trainings and the completion of their subsequent annual reviews.\n\nAssist and work alongside the Warehouse Supervisors as needed throughout their working shifts, including assistance with additional inventory verifications, forklift operator training, special projects or any tasking requested by Warehouse Management.\n\nAttends any department held meetings (Warehouse Supervisor Meetings, Variety Pack Lead Meetings, or any other meetings as required by Warehouse Management.\n\nActs as a liaison for production and warehouse processes as related to Variety Pack Production for customer and/or vendor visits.\n\nPopulation and reporting of 24hr Reports\n\nUpkeep of Repack Dashboard, Downtime Files, 2hr and 24hr template files (creation of new as needed and monitoring template accuracy)\n\nChangeover Training for all products/changeovers\n\nTraining of Leads/Operators/Temps on all VP processes as needed with new hires or new temp team members\n\nVP Inventory Verifications (Trays/Carriers/subs/FGs produced, their locations and Statuses both before runs and after MO completions) any other immediate thoughts\n\nPerforms all other duties as assigned or required by the Warehouse and Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or Director of Supply Chain and Warehousing.\n\nCommunicate effectively with other shifts and departments\n\nMaintain and strive to improve company GMP’s and Safety protocols\n\nActs as liaison for production and warehouse processes for customer and vendor visits.\n\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\n\nAdhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.\n\nAdhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.\n\nWhat You Need to Bring\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\n1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nAbility to read and interpret formulas and procedures\n\nRegular use of computer, writing, and filing required\n\nKnowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills\n\nAbility to Problem Solve & Strong Time Management Skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with SAP or other inventory management systems\n\nExperience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations\n\n1-2 years’ experience in a highspeed production environment\n\nJob Setting\nThis role is based in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.\n\nEmployees will experience varying physical demands throughout the day, including standing for extended periods, walking on occasionally slippery floors, and handling equipment or materials.\n\nDue to the nature of the facility, temperatures may fluctuate based on outside weather conditions including heat and cold.\n\nThe work environment can be loud, and hearing protection (ear plugs) is required. Additionally, to ensure safety and hygiene, employees must wear hairnets and refrain from wearing jewelry while on the production floor.\n\nAlcohol is an ingredient in products we produce.
