The ideal candidate would be able to provide accurate drawings for our sales staff using our drawing library of parts. These drawings would be provided to our customers, building officials and our technicians in the field. The preference would be for candidates that are willing and able to grow with our company as we are experiencing tremendous growth within the industry.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other team members to achieve functional design solutions against various constraintsParticipate in design reviews and capable of working with site surveysProduce code compliant drawings and specificationsMaintain schedules for each project deadline to ensure that project deadlines are maintained and metResponsible for reviewing and verifying drawings in various design modeling software formatsCapable of detailing drawings that will be used for manufacturing purposesRequirementsEducation and experience:Minimum of 4 years of professional experience using AutoCAD requiredAssociate’s degree or AutoCAD certification preferredPreferred experience in entertainment and events industry (Live Events, Sporting Events/Venues, Theater)Position RequirementsThis job requires you to report to officeMust have a strong AutoCAD foundation & proficient in creating detailed drawingsWorking knowledge of dynamic blocks and corresponding ability to create/expand upon existing libraryWorking knowledge of 3D and programs such as 3DS Max preferredWork in a dynamic, driven, & collaborative environmentProficiency in PC based computing, Microsoft Office, and use of Windows OS Adobe Creative SuiteThe position requires a background check and drug screeningCompensation: $22-26 per hour (based on experience).BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEducation BenefitsPaid VacationFloating HolidaysPaid HolidaysApply for this job
