We're looking for a Founding Growth Engineer to join us at Attention.At Attention, we're building AI agents that take the busywork out of sales so teams can focus on selling. But to sell our product, we need to practice what we preach. We are looking for a tactical builder to serve as the technical engine for our own marketing and sales teams.You will sit at the nexus of Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. You won't just be closing tickets; you'll be a "startup within a startup," digging into buyer psychology to build the calculators, mini-tools, and automated workflows that fill our pipeline.What you'll do:Ship "value-first" products: Build interactive tools (ROI calculators, microsites, Chrome extensions) that solve small problems for our users and generate qualified leads for us.Own the GTM tech stack: You are the master of the data flow. You'll connect and maintain integrations across Clay, Cargo, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Instantly.Turn chaos into systems: We have messy, manual processes that are currently working. Your job is to codify them, automate them, and build the infrastructure that lets us do it 100x faster.Enable rapid experimentation: Build the A/B testing frameworks and attribution tracking that allow Marketing to test 10x more ideas than our competitors.You might be a good fit if...You have 3+ years in Software Engineering, Growth Engineering, Product Analytics, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentYou've worked hands-on with growth tech stacks, CRMs, and user data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, internal dashboards), including building automations and integrationsYou have expertise in ingestion, enrichment, lifecycle flows, and real-time logic for user signals and growth experimentsYou have advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or similar languages; experience building or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processesYou've built with automation/integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Retool, Clay, n8n)You're process-oriented with experience scaling systems for experimentation and growthYou can translate complex workflows to technical and non-technical partners alikeYou like being in the office and collaborating in person (we're in-office 5 days a week in Noho)You're able to proactively identify and fix bottlenecks before they become blockers
