We're Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – Healthcare OperationsContract Duration - 2 Months with Extension/W2About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a leading organization in the public healthcare sector. This role supports critical initiatives across Enrollment and Member/Provider Services, focusing on system implementation, testing, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in healthcare operations, business systems analysis, UAT testing, and cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and vendor teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport system implementation and operational readiness activitiesExecute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and system validationValidate data migration across enrollment, member, demographic, and provider datasetsTrack, triage, and manage defects through resolutionDevelop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Coordinate across Enrollment and Member/Provider Services teams to ensure alignmentSupport workflow optimization and business process improvementsPerform data quality checks and reconciliation activitiesAct as a liaison between business operations, IT, and vendorsSupport post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement effortsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExperience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Healthcare Systems AnalystBackground in healthcare payer, managed care, health plan, or healthcare operationsStrong experience in UAT, system testing, defect management, and requirements analysisExperience supporting system implementation and operational support initiativesStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with HealthRules Payer (HRP)Experience with GuidingCareExposure to Enrollment, Eligibility, Member Services, or Provider ServicesExperience in large-scale healthcare system implementations
